Industry Experience

Coordinated workflow for the Central Extractions Team and collaborated with the management team to bring to light possible problems and recommend solutions.  Participated in process improvement initiatives and took responsibility for their implementation as Team Leader and Quality Representative. Coordinated inventory for the Central Extractions Lab to ensure adequate supplies.  Acted as a liaison with other departments and laboratory vendors on technical and other inquiries.  Actively trained other employees and ensured awareness of safety and quality requirements. Exemplified expertise with multiple LIMS systems and acted as a source of information for other employees.
